Full Moon Forest Bathing

Event presented by Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy

Full moon forest bathing walks begin before sunset, allowing participants to experience the softening of light and sound, the changing sky, and the rising moon. As darkness falls, we shift from visual focus to subtler senses to guide our exploration.

This slow, meditative practice deepens over time and invites regular return as seasons change. Due to the contemplative pace, this class is recommended for ages 14 and up.

Upon registration, you will receive the meeting location. When registering, select "OIC First Try" tickets for a complimentary ticket.
